Shamis Technologies offer a range of services encompassing
a Project's life cycle;
Requirements Capture:
Shamis Technologies
understand the importance of an effective requirements
capture as a vital ingredient to the success of every
project. A comprehensive document defining the
Operational Requirements is prepared on the basis of
the end users Concept of Operations, meetings and site
surveys.
System Design:
Systems may be designed against
either a customer Requirements Specification or an
internally generated Specification. While Shamis
Technologies represent a range of equipment suppliers
we are free to offer equipment from any source,
enabling us to provide the most appropriate solution to
exactly match a client’s requirement. System Design
services offered range from equipment integration
through to development of Network Topology.
Installation Service:
Shamis Technologies are
experienced in the installation of equipment on a
number of platforms. All equipment offered may be
supplied as 'delivery-only' or as a fully installed and
commissioned system.
Training:
Training may be provided either part
of a project or as through life 'top-up' courses. All
courses are prepared in collaboration with the Original
Equipment Manufacturers, tailored to customer’s
unique requirements. Training may be provided either by
OEMs or Shamis technologies own staff. Arabic support
is offered with all training.
Operational Support:
Shamis
Technologies team of experienced Engineers and
Technicians are available to provide maintenance and
support activities.
